Dira Atelier Return & Exchange Policy

We appreciate your interest in Dira Atelier's handcrafted jewellery!

Important Note: Due to the delicate nature of our handmade pieces, we kindly ask that you carefully review your order before placing it.

We currently do not accept returns for unworn or undamaged jewellery. We strive for exceptional quality and carefully inspect each piece before shipment.

Damaged Items:

• If your jewellery arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at hello@diraatelier.com with your order number and a description of the damage.
• Crucially, to validate your claim, we require an uncut video clearly showing you opening the unopened package and revealing the damage to the jewellery.
• Upon verification of the damage through the video, we will arrange for the return of the damaged item and a full/partial refund or replacement, depending on the circumstance.

Non-Returnable Items:

• We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for customised or "Make Your Own" orders due to their personalized nature.

Processing Returns:

1. Follow the instructions above for damaged items, including providing the video evidence.
2. We will review your claim and video.
3. If the claim is approved, we will provide a return authorization number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the damaged item.

Refunds:

• If your claim for a damaged item is approved, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for your purchase. Processing time may take 7 - 14 business days, depending on your bank.
