Processing Times:

• Since all our creations are handmade in nature, please allow 10-14 business days for us to process and deliver your order.

Shipping Methods & Costs (Domestic Only):

We currently offer domestic shipping within India.

• Standard Shipping: We offer a single shipping option with estimated delivery within 3-7 business days after processing. The cost will be included at checkout.

Expedited Shipping:

• At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping as a standard option. However, if you require your order urgently, please contact us directly at hello@diraatelier.com or reach out on social media. Our team will explore any possibilities to expedite your order and provide you with a quote for any additional costs involved.

International Shipping:

• We are currently working on expanding our reach and hope to offer international shipping soon! In the meantime, if you're located outside of India and interested in placing an order, please contact us directly at hello@diraatelier.com or reach out on social media. Our team will be happy to check if shipping to your location is possible and provide a quote for shipping costs and estimated delivery times. Please note that any international shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.

• All domestic shipments will be trackable. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
• We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.

Packaging:

• We take pride in beautiful presentation. Your Dira Atelier jewelry will be carefully packaged in a secure box or pouch, perfect for gifting or safekeeping.
